Revolve Soft ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI Repair DIY mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1.1 Automatically Generated Identifiers
When you first open the App, a random unique identifier (UUID) is generated and stored locally on your device. This identifier is used to link your repair history and subscription status to your device and is not linked to your real identity.
1.2 Photos, Repair Descriptions & Chat Messages
When you request a repair guide, the photo you take or select and the description you type are sent to our servers and to Google's Gemini AI service to generate the guide. The photo, description, generated guide and any follow-up chat messages (including photos you attach in chat) are stored on our servers so you can revisit your repair history. Photos are only accessed when you explicitly grant permission and choose to share them.
1.3 Subscription Information
If you purchase a premium subscription, your subscription status (active or inactive) is stored on our servers alongside your anonymous identifier. We do not collect or store your payment details — all payment processing is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store and managed through RevenueCat.
1.4 App Usage Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. It records events such as which features are used (for example, starting a repair analysis, opening the subscription screen, or completing a purchase), the outcome of those actions, and the type of plan selected. Firebase also collects an app instance identifier, device model, operating system and app version, and an approximate country or region derived from your IP address.
Analytics events never include your photos, repair descriptions, chat messages, or your name or contact details. We do not use the advertising ID and do not use analytics data for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.
1.5 Crash Reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and error reports (such as the error, device model, operating system and app version) so we can fix problems.

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted servers provided by Supabase and Google. Data is encrypted in transit. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your repair history and subscription status are retained for as long as you use the App. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at the email address below and we will remove your data within 30 days.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
